What happened?
He hit the ground running with the hit song "Whatcha Say." Now we have "It Girl," yet another song that begins with whistling - and not the good kind. It's always great to hear a song where "girl" rhymes with "girl." It's also always so romantic to hear a self-proclaimed "maniac insomniac" croon about how you're worth "much more than a Grammy Award." Good. We were worried about that.
This is Derulo's second release from his new album, Future History, following "Don't Wanna Go Home."
On a positive note, at least he he doesn't sing "JASON DERULO" in the beginning of the song.
